The observation point on the stone threshing floor, created by the local council in the middle of the gorge, inspires awe with the steep cliffs that flank the river. From this position, we can observe the stratigraphic variations of the limestones, the Gastromeni springs, the gorge from its western side, and the Astraka Towers.
