The THEMA project is part of the INTERREG Greece-Albania 2014-2020 Programme and is co-financed by resources from the European Union and both countries, Greece and Albania.
The project partners are the DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF EPIRUS SA-Development SA of O.T.A., the Union of Hoteliers of the Prefecture of Ioannina, the Regional Centre for Development and Cooperation, the Albanian Tourism Organisation and the Prefecture of Gjirokastër.
