Tower-like structures in thinly-bedded limestones, analogous to a «stone forest». The name ’Theoktista' is attributed to several locations due to the impressive form of the limestones and their precarious balance. These landforms were created by the weathering and vertical erosion of the limestones in a riverine environment. The vertical joints and horizontal layers of the limestones contributed to this.
These forms are found in the Vitsa – Koukouli – Kipoi area, with the bridge at Kókko̱ros serving as a focal point and a place visited by thousands of tourists.
