Intermittent hydrogen sulphide spring. Its operational mechanism characterises it as a fault-controlled, overflow type, manifesting along the trace of the Konitsa fault. The high conductivity 1900 – 2100 μS/Centimetres and the average temperature 12.2 0C they indicate deep water circulation, fed by the limestones of Timfi and moving towards the surface through the fault zone of Konitsa.
